I will be discontinuing Chair Yoga , and Intro to Kundalini Yoga , starting tomorrow due to the business of the holidays. I am looking forward to getting a class going, after the first of the year. Intro to Kundalini Yoga begins tonight at 6:15. In this class we will learn the foundations of KY and practice a very special kriya to kick this series off. Please bring a yoga mat, and a yoga blanket if you have one. The cost for class is $12 a class or $66 if you pay for the whole series up front.

Chair Yoga begins tonight at 5pm! I am so excited to explore this practice of self-care with you. Please bring a yoga mat and any yoga props you may have (yoga blocks, blanket, yoga strap). If you do not have these do not worry I will bring extra. Hope to see you there 😀

The 6 week Chair Yoga series at Gun Lake Gym starts next Wednesday at 5 p.m. Anyone can join this class, chair yoga is open and accessible to beginners and beyond. If you intend to come please let me know by commenting below or sending me a message, so I know how many yoga props to bring. Cost is $12 per class or $66 for the series. The 7 week beginner yoga series at Fusion Fitness 24/7 ended last week Monday. I am planning on starting the next yoga series after the first of January. I am thinking about doing a 7 week new year yoga challenge. If this interests you let me know in the comments below. You can also join me at Gun Lake Gym starting next week Wednesday. Happy Tuesday! I have had several students contact me to let me know that they will be unable to attend class tomorrow, Wednesday the 26th. With this information, I don't know if there will be anyone there!
I am curious to know if anyone plans on attending the class at 6pm. I am happy to push the class forward a week to accommodate people who are unable to come tomorrow. I need to know what to expect as this class ends our 6 week session.
Also! I would love to run a 6 week yoga introduction to Kundalini yoga at Gun Lake Gym if there is interest. Kundalini yoga is a fun and dynamic way to practice yoga that works on so many different areas of the body, mind and spirit. If this appeals to you please let me know.
