Fish Fry Saturday Night!!!

the tournament is STILL ON!!! rain isn’t in our favor & most places are dry but there are still some dams to fish so we believe in you all!! 🐟🍺🍔☀

* TO ADD * we will accept any and all fish for the fish fry so if you’d like to catch some catfish bring them in! they will not count for the weigh-in but the more fish the merrier!!

Let us know this week if you’d like to sign up, give the bar or Haley a call! Don’t forget the potluck! bring a dish if you can!

With the High School Regional Rodeo in town, we’re shifting Steak Out to Friday at 5 PM and hoping to welcome a few extra visitors to Kadoka!

So if you’re headed to town for the rodeo—or you’re one of our regular grill masters—join us Friday evening at The Small Towner.

Grab your steak ticket at the front counter, take it to the back bar, and fire up the grill yourself.

Students make sure to get those report cards ready for the Regional Rodeos!

Directly from the SDHSRA website: “ALL STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE A CURRENT REPORT CARD TO THE REGIONAL RODEOS. They will be unable to participate if their report card is not furnished and will be disqualified from competition.

Home-schooled students must have completed the year’s course work and present a year-end report card, regardless if the program is an ongoing program. A year-end report must be completed.”

Shaylee Porch
She is the daughter of Shayne and Heidi Porch. She competes in breakaway, team roping, barrels, and poles. Shaylee will be attending Chadron State College in the fall to pursue a degree in Agribusiness and will be continuing her rodeo career for the Eagles. Wishing her the absolute best academically and in rodeo. The best is yet to come and here’s to a bright future ahead!! 💜🤍

Peyton Porch is the daughter of Shawn and Tashia Porch. She will be attending Sheridan College in Wyoming in the Fall and is majoring in Health Science. Peyton will be part of the rodeo team there. Wishing you the best of luck in everything you do!! Can’t wait to see what the future holds! 💜🤍

Also, I’d like to give a huge amazing shout out to Shaylee Porch and Breezy Amiotte for being the first recipients of The Bill and Mona Schlagel Leadership Award this weekend. Such a well deserved award to these amazing leaders!!! Breezy is our President and Shaylee is our Treasurer. Needless to say these two are great leaders and I cannot wait to see them grow even more as Breezy goes off to college and Shaylee continues on as a senior!!!

State Finals are over and we are so proud of all 11 of you who made it and represented Kadoka!!! We had two that made it on to Nationals- Dalton in the cutting and Jace in the saddle bronc!!! Best of luck to you two as you continue on!!!!
