If you’ve ever felt that split second of “something feels off,” this is for you.
On Sunday, September 13th, 1:00 to 3:00 pm, I’m teaching the Soul Punch™ 2-Hour Women’s Safety & Self-Defense Class. You will walk out standing taller, eyes up, and clear on what to do before, during, and after a moment that matters. No experience needed.
Why I teach this: years ago I was stuck in an abusive relationship and I did not believe I had the power to change it. Later, working in law enforcement, I saw how many women still do not have accessible, practical training. That is why I became a Certified Soul Punch™ Trainer. I want you to have the ability I once thought I did not.
In our Soul Punch™ class we cover three things together in one session: Foundational Safety, hands-on skills you can use the same day, and Safety Technology. We finish with Q&A and a confidence reset so you leave ready, not rattled. Self-defense is bigger than a fight. “I See You” is the shift, from hoping, to deciding and acting.
Women nationwide trust Soul Punch™. The method comes from Gloria Marcott’s 30 years in real-world safety work, and it shows in how fast women feel different after class.
If I could give you two hours that change how you carry yourself for the next ten years, would you take them?
Spots are limited to keep it personal. Comment “IN” for the registration link, or DM me and I will send it right over. Know a friend, teen, coworker, or sister who needs this too, tag her. Then ask yourself:
- Where in my life do I default to politeness over safety?
- What would feel different if I trusted what I see, the first time?
Come get peacefully fierce with us on September 13th, 1:00 to 3:00 pm @ JH Memorial Library (219 N Lincoln Ave, Ellsworth). Let’s do this together. 💪
