Team rules take effect today!
In order to be a successful team, just like any successful organization, there has to be structure, accountability, and rules. Now that we are a travel/select team, everyone has to be committed to helping us build the culture we want.
Being part of this team means showing up, working hard, being coachable, and supporting one another. Every player is important, and every practice and game matters.
Today we officially kick off our new team rules and expectations. These guidelines are in place to help our players grow, improve, and compete at a higher level while creating a positive environment for everyone involved.
Thank you to all the parents and players for your commitment. Let’s continue building something special together and represent our organization the right way—on and off the field.
