BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! I will be attempting a new world record in 6 hour Extreme Kettlebell Marathon on July 11th 2026 at CrossFit Johns Creek . It will be a part of Bell Slingers Kettlebell Sport Open 2026 organized by Georgia Kettlebell Sport . I am taking this opportunity to raise funds for a couple of charities (details to come soon) and would love all of your support and good vibes ! I will create a separate event page and post the details in it . Watch out for that space !!

After a much needed sleep , it’s time to reflect on this past weekend which can’t be described in just words , it had to felt and experienced… I wore several hats , a coach, athlete, mom and I was honored for Judi DeMuro ‘s trust to make me a head judge for this event and out of nowhere I also became an Emcee for the event (which turns out I could make a side gig 😜) .. Despite doubts, self judgement and uncertainty, I did my thing and coming home with some bling is a bonus .. Too many people to thank and apparently IG doesn’t let me write a long post so I will tag all those I can for all the efforts put into this event and support I am always thankful for

Training is done and now it all comes down to how my body decides to behave the day of the competition.. Let’s hope for no fibromyalgia flare ups , my knees will hold up and my chronic inflammation won’t dm rey to bring me down 🙏🤞🤞🙏
