Sunday afternoon we wrapped up and celebrated our 2026 Jesup girls’ golf season and the accomplishments of this group. This season will be one to remember for the J-Hawks.

This team continued to raise the bar, breaking and tying multiple school records. Proud of every athlete who contributed this year—congratulations on an incredible season.

A special S/O to Daley Donlea for earning All-State honors.

Thank you to our families, fans, and community for the constant support all season long.

A special thank you as well to Coach Steve Schmit for his dedication to high school girls golf, and to Ardell Ochsner for his time and commitment working with our upcoming varsity players.

⛳️ WHAT A DAY TO BE A J-HAWK! ⛳️

Our girls gave it their all over two days of tough competition at the State Golf Tournament, and they finished the season strong!

🏆The team placed 5th
🏅Morgan Krall placed 4th

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. This group’s hard work and determination showed all season long. We have loved watching them grow and compete.

Shoutout to our four Seniors, Ava, Daley, Cece, and Morgan. You will be missed next year! Thank you for your dedication to J-Hawk golf.

🚨 Day 1 Recap 🚨

After a full day of competition, the J-Hawks are sitting in 3rd place overall — and Morgan Krall is in the top 10 individually!

We’re back on the course tomorrow — here are the Day 2 tee times:

Riley – 8:30 AM

CeCe – 8:50 AM

Ava – 9:10 AM

Greely – 9:20 AM

Daley – 10:10 AM

Morgan – 10:30 AM

The J-Hawks are ready for the next level as they head to Marshalltown today! 🎮

The girls will kick off the day with their spirit walk starting in the elementary this morning at 10:35 AM!

This week:

📅 Day 1 — Thursday, May 28th
Tee off at 9:00 AM

📅 Day 2 — Friday, May 29th
Tee off at 8:30 AM

📍 American Legion Golf Course

It’s a beautiful day to be STATE BOUND! ☀️⛳️

The J-Hawks have punched their ticket to the state tournament for the second year in a row! From the first tee to the final putt, this team has shown toughness, grit, and determination all season long. They’ve handled challenges, embraced pressure, and continued to grow every step of the way!

Congratulations to the entire team, along with Morgan Krall for advancing as an individual qualifier! 🎟️

So proud of this group. Go J-Hawks! 💙🧡
