Okay I can’t hold the secret anymore- I’M OPENING A GYM!!! I wanted to create a place where I could focus on what I’m most passionate about-women’s training and nutrition. I believe in empowering women and helping my clients find their strongest selves both physically and mentally.

There will be small group classes, private 1:1 training, nutrition programs, and more!! I have SO much in store, so please follow and support me over the next few weeks as I get the gym ready for opening! I will be posting updates as progress happens.
