Here is our July Calendar. Please note:

1) New REV+FLOW Round begins June 29
2) I 'll be heading to my REFIT Instructor CONvention July 15 so no classes 15-17.

I've been having some flashbacks this week because six years ago we turned our upstairs living room in Fort Worth, into a virtual studio.

I taught in that studio for a year and a half and honestly thought that I would keep it going even after things opened back up because I loved how I could have people join in from all over the world (literally).

Then "life" happened and I thought my teaching days were over forever.

However, I can tell you that I'm a living witness that Romans 8:28 is true...ALL things worked together for my good...!

Although this was great while I needed it and loved how it all came together, I am SO VERY THANKFUL to be teaching again in-person and IN JEFFERSON!

I love my Fitness-Family so much and there's no place I'd rather be!

Today's new Hundred Club member is extra special as Amye is the FIRST one from ACTIVE & AGILE to join the ranks with the other members who attend REV+FLOW and REFIT.

She is extremely committed and consistent in attending and always comes in with a smile and a hug.

I'll spare the words she gave me after class privately, but let's just say my eyes leaked in a big way and I’m glad I had on waterproof mascara.

I LOVE my fitness-family so much!
