Let's Dance OBX

Here's the line up for Thursday's Tiki Bar lessons (links will be in the comments):
For our new joiners or those getting back into the swing of line dancin', we'll cover Shirts and Skirts (to Shania's Man I Feel Like A Woman Remix, super easy!) around 7:15pm. Later on, we'll go over Float (no tags/restarts), Memory Lane (2 restarts, wall 4 & 8), and Stomping Ground (alllll the restarts 😆).

**In other news**, we have another weekly event about to be announced! More details to share on Wednesday!

Finished up the night last night dancing out next to the water! That breeze and view was everything! We'll be back at it next Thursday. Come see if we move the party outside again!

It's another hot one ya'all! Bring those fans, cooling towels, ice machines, AND your dance trivia knowledge. We're gonna play a game tonight with prizes. That's right. We're bringing back So You Think You Know This Dance? (Former version was Name That Dance but we've expanded now cuz you guys are so smert.)

It's time to knock some dust off those boots, Wanchese Tiki Bar style. Join Katie from Let's Dance OBX tonight on the Tiki Bar dance floor as she takes you through the steps of popular line dances to today's top hits! Her lesson will begin tonight at 7:00pm, we can't wait to see everyone!

Johanna’s at the Wanchese Tiki Hut will be open for dinner from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Had such a fun time at a private event yesterday! I had the honor of teaching line dancing for a local wedding party. I'm hoping to see them out at our upcoming events to show off their new moves! (Picture of flowers for the bride!💐)

**For our local boot scooters**, have you had your boots re-soled locally? We have a few members looking for someone with good prices and quality work. Would enjoy supporting a local cobbler. Goodness knows we're wearing these boots out!

As a side note, I can't help but share this recent stunner. Joanni with OIBX Hat-Tats created this art piece for me. Whaddayathink?? 🤩 It might be influencing some other art in progress....more to follow!

We're back at the Tiki Bar tonight! Grabbing food at 6:30pm, dancing at 7pm. No cover! Family friendly. I'm teaching Float, Sexy Mona Lisa and we're hitting up Stompin' Ground again! Bring your boots and your buddies!
