Final points are out.
5x 3rd, battled hard for that 2nd spot but still very happy with a 3rd place, one spot better than last year!

76x and 93x both had car issues/ scheduling conflicts and missed a couple more nights which resulted in lower rankings but a lot of progress was made in both of their new cars.

Every driver and every car ran their fastest times this season. Hopefully we can build on that and remember what to do next season!

Super late start to the night due to a few rounds of rain showers but eventually got the show started. 🌧

Qualifying was still a little slick but manageable.
Ryan Roger piloting the 23x. 9th
Logan Jones in his 93x. 14th
Jordan Goecks secured 3rd

Heat races
23x 5th
93x 4th
5x 3rd

Logan had to race his way into the feature due to his point average for the season. He took the lead right away and led every lap dominating by half the track at the finish line🤟

Feature time!🏁
23x started 6th/ finished 12th
93x started 15th/ started breaking up, DNF
5x started 12th/ finished 4th

Few good battles, lots of chaos. 2 to go caution called for water/ oil on the track sent the 5x into the tires and the race was called by the last finished lap. Car seems to be alright but havnt looked close at it.

We have an idea of where we finished points wise for the season but will wait until it gets released.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us out and came to the track to support us. Hope we can continue to grow our supporters and make more friends along our way.

Championship Night Round 1 is this Saturday night brought to you by University of Wisconsin Whitewater College of Business and Economics. Champions will be crowned in Legends, Bandits, Bandoleros, and Six Shooters. Late models will also be on the ticket with only 20 points separating 1st and 2nd with 2 weeks remaining.

Slater Racing Legends - Dillion Schwanbeck leads Cael Slater by just 2 points!
PJ’s Painting Bandits - Nick Schmidt leads Nick Newton by 77 points.
Slater Racing Bandoleros - Harley Johnson leads Oliver Weinkauf by 134 points
Zac Racing Six Shooters - Gracie Flanagan leads Jeff Graf by 97 points.

6th Annual Cheese Curd Cup Tonight

The Ring of Fire comes alive tonight with the Midwest Dash, Bandits, 6Shooters, Crown Vics plus Championship Night for HSRA and Legends. Grandstands open at 6:00 with qualifying at 6:15 and racing at 7:30. Adults $15 / Seniors and Heroes $12 / Students 12-17 $8 / Kids 6-11 $5 / Five and Under Free / Family Ticket (Good for up to two adults and four students / kids is just $30. All Scouts in uniform admitted free. Busch Lights are just $2.00...Cheese Curds also $2.00.

Taylor construction and remodeling night at Jefferson Speedway was very eventful.
Added last week to the schedule to be able to give kids rides for kid night. It was very successful, lots of donations and prizes won.

Filled the driver seat of the 23x with a friend who's had car issues and hasn't been able to race.

5x got his first ever quick time ⚠️
76x Qualified 10th
23x qualified 21/23 cars

Heat 1
Ethan Shereck still getting used to the car he almost won his first race but Scott Barlass nosed him out by .030 at the line

Heat 2
Ryan Roger started 3rd raced to 2nd but ultimately shuffled back landing 5th

Heat 3
5x started 7th ended 4th

Last chance qualifier
Ethan started up front and had a huge lead until a caution came out resetting the field, pushing in the corners unfortunately left the door open for barlass to sneak inside and ended P3 but that earned him a spot in his first feature race!

Feature time!
Ethan started started 16th got banged into a couple times but felt better with a slight adjustment before the race ending up 13th!

76x started 6th racing hard lost a couple spots until the transmission grenaded and ended his run with a DNF (16th)

5x started 13th, for this first time the car felt amazing on the outside groove and sent it up to the top 3, but after little contact on a restart tried to choose the outside again but the car lost a bit of corner control and settled P4. Still the biggest move the car has ever made on the outside....really hope to be able to replicate the setup.

Racing this Friday for the cheese curd cup at Madison international speedway!

76x 9th

23x 22nd of 27 cars
Our fill in driver Jeff was able to shave off 1.2 seconds from his first time qualifying

Heat races, start|finish
5x. P8/P6
76x. P3/P8
93x P4/P7
23x P2/P4

Last chance
23x starting 8th didnt have alot of confidence to make it up into the top 4. 5 laps in he made it to and held onto 4th (the transfer spot) until two laps to go when a much faster car managed to get passed him. Another car unfortunately had a problem and wasn't able to continue on to the feature so Jeff was able to be in his first feature!

First time we've had all 4 cars in the same race and first race father and son were in together.

76x 14th both the 76 and 93 got stuck on the
93x 15th outside with no way back in.
23x 16th shaving nearly another half second off his qualifying time.

Little bit of a rollercoaster night, had its ups and downs
23x could potentially have a different pilot this coming weekend be on the look out for that.

This coming weekend Saturday Aug 15th bandits were added to the schedule to give kids rides for kids night! Bring the family out and let's put kiddos on the track!
