The easiest way to make it happen is to make it a habit. I tried doing early morning lifts opposite the days I taught classes at night. Within two weeks, I knew I had to just get up at the same time everyday and go. I still taught my night classes. Somehow, 30 days straight turned to 50 and then to 100. I started for myself, wanted to knock a name lower on the chalkboard lists as friendly competition, and realized somewhere I was happier and had more energy to tackle the day with early morning workouts. -Signed 2015 Me
My husband thinks afternoon workouts are the best. He is a night owl and I am not. However, both of our life schedules and the stage of life we are in makes it so we are most consistent if workouts happen in the AM.

I saw online something like Group Fitness… where familiar people become friends. I couldn’t agree more. Thank you for being there for me through my seasons. I’m glad I’ve been there through yours. It is pretty neat to say I have known many of you from my beginnings when I started on a stage at Curves in the mall back in 2010. Thank you for being with me for 16 years!
