Coaching Philosophy
"My coaching philosophy extends far beyond the time these young men and women spend on the mat. I train athletes for real-life, day-to-day situations while mastering the physical, mental, emotional, and technical aspects of the sport. I believe in taking the time to learn who my athletes are as individuals so I can find the most effective way to teach, coach, and elevate them to their full potential. Wrestling teaches the values of hard work, goal-setting, and most importantly independence."
“If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.” — Zig Ziglar
