Just got this custom team backdrop, and I think the athletes are going to love it! Seeing our logo, our colors, and our motto all come together like this means a lot.

🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️ PUSH THRU TRACK CLUB IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEER COACHES!

Experienced or inexperienced — we welcome both!

If you have a passion for helping young athletes grow and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. Coaching experience is a plus, but it is not required.

We’re looking for positive, dependable individuals who want to learn, develop as coaches, and make a difference in our athletes’ lives.

VOLUNTEER COACH RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with practices, warm-ups, drills, and conditioning
• Help teach proper running, jumping, throwing, and track & field techniques
• Encourage, motivate, and mentor our young athletes
• Help athletes develop discipline, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Assist with practice setup, equipment, and cleanup
• Help supervise athletes during practices and track meets
• Support coaches with meet-day preparation and organization
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment
• Communicate and work well with coaches, athletes, and parents
• Be dependable and committed to scheduled practices and meets
• Be willing to learn and grow as a coach
• Follow all PUSH THRU Track Club safety policies and coaching expectations

Excited to see this partnership come to life! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 PUSH THRU TRACK CLUB is teaming up with Jacksonville Recreation & Parks to introduce the next generation to Track & Field. Ages 6–9—come learn, grow, and have fun with us! 💪🏾🏅

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Youth Track & Field Program in partnership with Push Thru Track Club! 🎉

Designed for boys and girls ages 6–9, this recreational program will introduce young athletes to the exciting world of track & field while building confidence, coordination, teamwork, and fundamental athletic skills.

Participants will work on:
✨ Proper running form & mechanics
⚡ Speed & sprint fundamentals
🏃‍♂️ Agility, coordination & plyometrics
💪 Endurance & conditioning
🤝 Relay skills & teamwork
🏅 Basic track & field events, terminology & rules

📅 Saturdays, October 3–31
⏰ 9:00–11:00 AM
👟 Ages 6–9
👥 Registration is required, spots are limited

This first season is all about learning, growing, and having fun—with a focus on athlete development rather than competition!

Parents can register online or in person at 100 Recreation Lane, first time registrants will need proof of age.

Tonight was a special moment for me. I had the opportunity to present Coach Floyd Mason with a Lifetime Appreciation Award from PUSH THRU TRACK CLUB. 🏆❤️

Coach Mason is more than just my former track coach—he was a mentor who helped shape me as an athlete, a coach, and a man. A lot of what I’m pouring into these young athletes today comes from things that he poured into me years ago.

It meant a lot to be able to give him his flowers and let him know that his impact is still being felt through another generation of athletes.

And y’all pardon my voice and all the bouncing around in the video 😂 I was getting a little emotional. This one meant more to me than I can really put into words.

Thank you, Coach Mason, for the lessons, the mentorship, and the example you set. Your legacy continues.
