At the TSA SheSafe Defense Lab, we ask that you come dressed ready to move — loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers or similar footwear — because this experience is hands-on, engaging, and empowering.
During this six-week program, you will learn basic survival tactics and critical self-defense skills that are simple to learn, yet highly effective. From pressure point strikes to defending against grabs and chokes, you’ll be introduced to practical techniques designed to build your confidence, sharpen your instincts, and increase your ability to protect yourself.
But this isn’t just about physical techniques — it’s also about awareness. You’ll gain valuable knowledge on how to recognize, avoid, and navigate potentially dangerous situations, all while learning in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.

Once you complete the six-week TSA SheSafe Defense Lab, those who wish to continue their journey will have the opportunity to train further with Master Marshall, offering extended training sessions at no additional cost.
