One year ago, the Ancient City Championships was our first tournament on the USA Sport Karate circuit. We showed up with 11 athletes. One year later, we returned with 20.

The pack is growing. The standard is rising. And we’re just getting started. 🐺

Sounds simple… until you try it. 😂

This drill challenges athletes to control their technique, react quickly, adjust their footwork, and stay aware of everything happening around them at the same time.
