It’s not just about the glow. Behind every swing in our Lightsaber Club lies a system of precision known as the "Nine Lines."

Most people see the vibrant colors and fast movements, but our students are training their executive function. The Nine Lines are the blueprint for every strike and block, requiring intense focus, spatial awareness, and split-second decision-making. It’s where geometry meets martial arts.

Can you feel the energy? Ninja Night is just 48 hours away!

At UndergrounD Fitness and Self-Defense, we believe every child has an inner hero waiting to be unleashed.
