The storm that passed through this week kicked my butt. I’ve been using all of the balms and tincture, now I’m topping it off with an hour of floating and about 30 min of infrared sauna! Listen... anyone who REALLY knows me knows I don’t bull$hit when it comes to pain relief. If you don’t know, I have a brachial plexus injury. If you don’t know what that is, look it up. Not a day goes by where I am not in excruciating pain.
