(I can only have 4 athletes at a time due to MHSAA rules!)

-Please enter your full name in the designated time slot.
-Do not delete another students name, I have it so everyone can edit the form
-If you are a Pitcher or a Catcher please put a (p) or (c) if you would like to practice pitching and catching.
Also if you are either make sure you have another partner in the same time slot!
