Happy Thursday, Franklin Valley golfers!

Here’s the event lineup for tonight and this upcoming weekend:

-Tonight, Thursday 6/18: Open scramble starting @ 5:30pm (watch for a cancellation notice in the case of bad weather conditions). The back 9 will still be available for open golf.

-Tomorrow, Friday 6/19: Chamber of Commerce Scramble @ 9 am. Course closed until 3pm

-Saturday 6/20: Holzer Assisted Living Scramble @ 9 am. Course closed until 3pm

-Sunday 6/21: Open golf! Call to reserve your tee time now @ (740)-286-4903

Scoring sheets for all flights of the Franklin Valley Open

I would be amidst if I didn’t mention this being the 37th Annual Rich Harless Memorial Golf Tournament, which was always a dream of his for many years! With that being said, The Franklin Valley Open wrapped up the 2 day golf tournament today with some of the finest golfers in this area. The championship event finished with a 3 way tie for 1st place between Jon Crace, Dusty Kilgour, and Hunter Brown, so a playoff went to hole #10 with Kilgour and Brown both carding a birdie 4 eliminating Crace who carded a par 5. The next hole #11 was won by Hunter Brown with a par 4 eliminating Kilgour with a bogey. I will post all of the flights score sheets, and include many photos of some of these excellent golfers. A special thanks to Bill Cain and his staff, as well as Todd Luster and his ground crew for making this such an outstanding golf tournament. A special thanks to Brad Fuller with helping Matt Walburn and Ross Anderson with making this event what it is. It simply doesn’t happen without you all.
