Also so impressed with the Guernsey-Sunrise Vikings team and Powder River Volleyball Club for donating such respectful players to give us a full team. Bad weather, injuries and sickness left us down to 4 in Gillette today. These girls played 4 on 6 and also had generous teams donate players. Way to go EVC!

Many people don’t understand how important bringing home a Bronze is for our team, unless they know of the tragic loss of our beloved coach Bonnie Lara. Thankfully God blessed us with one of her great friends and top tier coach Dena Oconnell, who agreed to step up and help us rebuild one of the most resilient teams known to mankind. We are so proud of her and all these empowered ladies that have pushed through defeat and turmoil to become victorious.
