South Luangwa Football Club Community Football Team In South Luangwa National Park (Mfuwe)

This is a local football club formed by the football passionate local group with wildlife conservation at heart. It was forced based on moral grounds of wildlife conservation, transparency, accountability and promoting a conducive platform for local talented players; to be managed and deviated from bad vices of life in Mfuwe which include s theft and poaching among many others. The executive is co

mmunity chosen which includes community parents or and Guardians and employees in Lodges and Camps in SLNP besides government departments and NGOs managing our gem of our beautiful land!! This is community awareness to recognize tour operators, DNPW and NGOs in the role they play in our economy through conservation of these natural resources we blessed with. This is a community Initiative to foster and compliment government effort to preserve and conserve our wildlife and environment whilst co-existing!
