- 30 sumo goblet squats
- 30 alternating knee drives
- 30 side squat press ups
- 20 alternating snatches
- 20 reverse lunge press up - right side
- 20 hammer curls
- 20 reverse lunge press up - left side
- 30 weighted jumping jacks

Rest for 1 minute between movements
Repeat twice!
