I push out some major tasks (things I don’t like but have to check off) to later this year ( a major procrastinator here 🙋🏻‍♀️) so that means that if I aim at completing (some of) them in July I will have few things to worry about in 2022.

As the summer is here, I am getting more active everyday. Before or after your walk, hike, jog, run, or climb, you can definitely use some yoga stretches for warm up or recovery to prevent injuries! Happy !! 🧘🏻‍♀️ 💋 🌞
