For the 2026 season we will attempt to start the Babe Ruth journey in Irrigon once again. The Babe Ruth program will be overseen by the high school coaches.

I know it’s along ways away but if we want to continue to see success there needs to be some changes going forward.

Ages 13-15 qualify for the Babe Ruth programs.

District champs for the high school boys. Need to start the younger boys out early so they know what’s expected from them once they reach the high school level. Big things to come in the near future.

Unfortunately there will not be a Babe Ruth team this season. There were only three kids signed up. We’ll try again next year. Goodluck to all the teams out there this season.

Baberuth will be the stepping stones that builds our high school program. Baberuth will be monitored by the high school coaches and will be taught the exact same thing the high school boys are learning.

This will be an Irrigon baberuth team but we fall under the Pendleton baberuth umbrella and insurance. That’s why we are signing up with them.

Born on or after 5/1/09 will be the age cut off for Babe Ruth. (13-15) years of age
