We’re getting ready to BUILD THE FORCE for the upcoming season, and we’re looking for hard-working, competitive young athletes who love basketball and want to get better! 💪🔥

This is more than just basketball. Ohio Force is about giving kids an opportunity to develop their skills, compete, build confidence, learn the game, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

📣 Calling all 4th, 5th & 6th grade BOYS & GIRLS!

Whether you’ve played travel basketball before or you’re ready to challenge yourself and take that next step, come get in the gym with us!

🚨 COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

🤝🏼 Ohio Force is proud to welcome Patrick Ewing as an Assistant Coach for our 2027 6th Grade Girls!

🏀 EXPERIENCE MATTERS: Coach Ewing brings a strong basketball background to the Force with 7 years of coaching experience, including 2 years with Upward Basketball, 2 years at the middle school level, 2 years at the high school level, and 1 year of AAU basketball. His experience at multiple levels of the game will be a valuable addition to this group.

🏆 MORE THAN BASKETBALL: Coach Ewing’s goal goes far beyond wins and losses. He is passionate about being a positive mentor and helping young athletes grow in every aspect of the game while teaching discipline, character, confidence, teamwork, and life lessons that extend beyond the basketball court.

💪🏼 The 2027 6th Grade Girls have continued to grow since becoming one of the early girls teams within the Ohio Force program. This season, they’ll look to keep building, keep competing, and continue stacking positive days as they take on strong competition throughout the region.

📖 Coach Ewing’s approach is grounded in 1 Corinthians 10:31:
“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

A great local school team is running a 3v3 tournament and looking for more teams. Great opportunity to dust the rust off and show what ya got compete for some bragging rights. Not many opportunities you get to lace up and play indoors! Check Coach Thomas and the Lady rams out I’m sure they would appreciate it!

🚨 COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

🤝🏼 Ohio Force welcomes back Jordan Sherman as the head coach for the 2027 6th grade girls going into year 3 coaching this particular group. Coach Shermen is a dedicated youth basketball community member in his own community as well in the travel ball along the AAU world.

🏆 Coach Shermen past Ohio Force teams have been proven to compete through out our region claiming tournament champions, competing as runner-ups and playing against some of the best club teams in the state of Ohio. This age group has shown much growth since becoming one of the first Ohio Force girl teams. They will be looking to continuing stacking positive days this coming season.

📄 Jordan resume has been gaining experience through coaching in youth leagues, AAU club teams and partner practices with experienced coaches. He looks to continue building knowledge to continue molding the future players of this organization.

🚨 COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

🤝🏼 Ohio Force is excited to announce spring of 2027 9th grade boys head coach Cameron Conley. Coach Conley reunites with Ohio Force after a stint in the bluegrass state as a middle school head coach and varsity head coach.

🏆 Coach Conley former Force teams proved to run on high octane competing in cities such as Cincinnati, OH / Columbus, OH establishing success playing in many different brands of tournaments and remaining as champions or falling just short as runner-ups. He plans to build a 9th grade team to pick right back up from where he left & that’s competing at every rep!

📄 Cameron’s resume has built quite the experience from heading up programs, raising funds and building relationships there is no doubt we see the same with this age group he will be building up.

✉️ Any 9th grade boy who would be interested in trying out for this team can message Ohio Force Basketball social media page and will be put in contact with Coach Conley directly.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY‼️

Ohio Force has been lucky to have several great fathers involved in so many aspects of our organization. Fathers who have coached, helped during game day operations, offered helping hands in practices, scouted games & above all supported the message and brand of basketball we are building. We wish our Fathers a great day for them and their families. Ohio Force basketball is winding down but family never ends!

Big shout to bracket sportz for hosting tournaments and bringing recognition to our region. We have enjoyed the partnership and competing in these tournaments.

5th Girls- Shermen 🏆

Iron 5 has been a comment several newspapers have made over the years for teams who never subbed during a game. For this team that’s all they had during Sunday and boy did they show up to compete. Not only did they revenge a pool play loss but they pressed on to win the tournament showing true grit!

4th Boys- Carter 1-2

These guys showed up to ball out. Showing you no fear of picking you up 94ft. Despite being under sized and under aged that never wavered their mentality on the defensive side of the court. Taking a tough exit on the semi final game didn’t leave any heads hanging knowing what the future is going to bring 😤.

7th Boys- Jenkins 3-1 🥈(Runner-Up)

Coaches Jenkins left this group with a small quote that had nothing to do with basketball but something to reflect back on “Heart, Discipline, Determination you can achieve anything that you set your minds to” this group wraps up 6-4 healthy that’s counting a Final 4 run in Knoxville out of 12 teams and a runner up this last go round. This group has potential to be a great group to come out of our area proving team basketball and fighting through adversity to get the job done. Exciting to see who we add going forward with these returning players!!!

9th Boys- Bridges

This team wraps up in Chicago, IL at the prep hoops finals. What a whirl wind for a group to carry, the mission of being the first Ohio force team to sign and play on circuit basketball. Not only do they exit with a winning record but also open new doors for teams under the Ohio force basketball umbrella going forward. They understood the mission play and compete it’s much bigger than just for you it is for the organization!!!

🤫
