The Birmingham Thunderbolts 2034, are the USSSA Gulf Coast Nationals Runner up. Though it’s not the finish we’d hoped for, these girls have nothing to hang their head about. They fought hard all week, and played some great ball.
We have ran all over the southeast playing the best and pushing this group all season, and I couldn’t be any prouder of them and their growth!!!
Boy are they special!!!
They’re gritty, tough and hardworking, truly everything you could hope for as a coach. They keep my blood pressure high a lot of the time, but laughing more. This season, and group, has been one of the best I’ve had the privilege to be apart of.
Just a few stats on the week, between nine games we scored 92🤯 runs and only allowed 17, and finished with a team average of .467!!!

Today and everyday, BOLTS BOOM!!!⚡️⚡️

The Birmingham Thunderbolts 2034 are gearing up for their final tournament of spring. They are headed to Gulfshores, AL this week to battle against some fierce competition in the USSSA Gulf Coast National Championship! This season has been nothing short of spectacular, the growth this team and each individual girl has made is astonishing. Im super proud of these girls, and cant wait to watch them compete one final time this season.
