My first full day home post op. Let me tell you something…I HATE taking pain meds, they make me sick. So I figured I would just take some ibuprofen today…WRONG! I didn’t do a good job and staying ahead of my pain, now I’m in a ton of it and really struggling. I know I’m not a good listener, I proved that to myself today. Thank you , and my mom, Kathy for all your knowledge.

Last workout for at least 6 weeks. Super sad about this. Knowing my body will be healing makes it a little easier. I’m not one to sit around, so this is most likely going to be more challenging that any workout I’ve done.

With that said, I’ll have some time to work on getting my mind right. Work on my Hugh&Grace business. For those of you who are looking for great products, or a chance to make some extras income, I’ll have lots of down time to answer questions and help you.

These products have helped my body regulate my hormones. For a solid 5 months, I’ve had ZERO PMS, not something I’ve ever experienced. That alone is incredible. We do have some really great groups to join with some AMAZING women.

I’ve had a rough go lately, I call it riding the struggle bus. I know most people want to see all the glory and good stuff. I’m here to show total transparency. God knows we all have moments where we aren’t feeling motivated.

Making myself get up and get to the gym has been the best thing I could do. My body and my brain are loving it. What’s does this look like? These are moments when I choose to scale back. Spend more time with mobility to allow my body to recover, yet still keep moving. Doing this helps me to keep a good head space.

The winter months can be tough…I’m super blessed to have partnered with the change in my supplements and skin care have been HUGE for me.

Other things you can do during the winter months are to get some red light therapy. Go to bed and wake up at the same time. (This is good year round). Spend some time outside in the sun, especially morning sun. And ALWAYS wake up with a thankful heart. 🫶🏼
