Perhaps the truth we find in our yoga practice is not just about the movement we create on the mat, but the movement we create in our mind... service for the sake of serving, not for any internal glory or external acknowledgement... just showing up even when noone notices. ✨️ that truth, thats the yoga that carries us for a lifetime.

Teachers need to be taught too... I've been feeling a bit untethered lately, so it felt fitting to regroup, reground, and reconnect to myself through a little restorative training and practice.

Every Sunday evening I offer this practice to others, encouraging a deeper connection and awareness to ourselves & to eachother, yet I rarely offer myself the same courtesy to slow down and notice..

Today I decided to change that.. Here's to leaning into the quiet growth, the small wins, and the opportunities we DO take to learn, to listen, to heal, and to grow.
