Join us tonight at the Athenaeum from 7-9pm to celebrate World Lindy Hop Day -- Instructors will be available for questions, but the focus will be on social dancing and hanging out with (old and new) friends.

Registered for Back Home Again in Indiana? Tonight is the first opportunity to get your Lindy500 card signed to enter the raffle at the event. We're so happy to be part of this collaboration!

Tuesday is World Lindy Hop Day / Balboa Social 7-9pm at the Athenaeum !

May 26th is World Lindy Hop Day, and we're collaborating with Back Home Again in Indiana to offer a FULL WEEK of dancing leading up to their event.
This will be a mix of learning and social dancing. Instructors will be available for 1-1 or small group mini-lessons throughout the night, and DJ'd social dancing when you're not in office hours!

No prior experience with Balboa needed - Lindy Hop is welcome as we celebrate the history of swing dance. Want to learn? You can get a taster here, then take the Balboa classes offered at BHAII with the amazing Desiree Roffers and Dylan Devotta. 6:30pm -7:15pm Facilitated Open Practice
7:15pm *stretch & warm up*
7:30pm - 8:15pm Beginner Balboa Lesson
8:15pm - 9pm Social Dance

$10 for the evening, $5 for the Social Dance
*price negotiations and service trades available

ICYMI - We are pausing official operations for the winter term. *BUT* our amazing community has taken up the banner to continue dancing! 🥳

Check your emails tomorrow for all the news you need to hop in on small group practices, social dancing, or private lessons - all sorts of different options around the city to help you feel fulfilled with your dancing while bonding with friends.

Quick tip - capacity at these events will be limited, so make sure to let us know what options you want to take part in. ☺️
