USAC Elite 8 Midget Series Welcome to Elite 8 Racing Series! Presented by: Motorsports @ IUPUI

The Elite 8 Midget Series will be the first partnership between USAC and IUPUI and will afford the motorsports students from IUPUI a unique opportunity to see the workings of an important motorsports series from the inside.

General information

Students will be functioning as interns in a wide variety of roles during the conduct of this series, a fact which we believe will make a series of significant interest to the central Indiana racing community. Additionally, several theme nights are planned throughout the year, with the intent of bringing significant numbers of younger students to the track, perhaps to see midget racing for the first time. Since the Ford Focus and Young Guns series are both intended to be training grounds for up-and-coming young drivers, this series certainly stands to play a major role in introducing the next generation of drivers, fans, and officials to the sport.
