✨10 MONTH CLIENT TRANSFORMATION✨

Becca is one of those clients who puts her head down and WORKS.

When we started together 10 months ago, she told me,
“my body just isn’t responding.”

So we took a moment to rebuild the foundation.
We pushed calories up, ran a focused cut, and reversed the right way.

Now she’s pushing a growth phase HARD and eating more than I think even she thought she could.

Look at the differences:
• tighter waist
• stronger shoulders
• fuller legs
• an NPC Wellness shape

POV: you wanted the farm and the gains.

Turns out…
you can have both.

It won’t look aesthetic.
It won’t be quiet.
It won’t be perfectly planned.

But it will be yours.

This is what staying looks like for me.

Routines that create results aren’t dramatic.

They’re repetitive.

Wake up.
Show up.
Do the work.
Do it again.

And then…
we wait.

Results don’t show up the same day the effort does.

It’s like planting seeds.
You don’t dig them up every morning to see if they’re growing.
You water them.
You give them light.
You trust the process.

Fitness is the same way.

Confidence is the same way.

Discipline is the same way.

Put your head down.
Do the reps.
Keep the promises you make to yourself.

The results come — but they come to the ones who stay.

I love discipline.
I love structure.
I love my 4am mornings.

But I love him more.

This isn’t about quitting hard things.
It’s about rearranging them.

He’s at an age where I can adjust my routine and give him slower mornings a couple days a week. He’ll still go to grandma’s. I’ll still work. I’ll still train.

But some mornings, he’ll get to sleep in.

I’ll wake up early because I love it.
I’ll milk my goats.
I’ll get my cardio in.
I’ll start my work.

And when he wakes up, I won’t be rushing him out the door.

I’ll be his mom — balancing work and play.

Fitness taught me discipline.
Motherhood taught me priority.

And I’ll choose him every time.

Lately I’ve realized something that feels both simple and profound:

My best therapy isn’t quiet rooms or perfect routines.
It’s people.

It’s being around the ones who don’t drain me.
The ones who don’t need me to explain myself.
The ones who make space for laughter and honesty.
The ones who remind me who I am when I start to forget.

There’s a kind of healing that happens when you’re with people who feel safe.
Who see you fully.
Who don’t ask you to shrink, perform, or hold it all together.

Life is heavy enough.
You don’t need to carry it with people who make it heavier.

If you’re feeling worn down, disconnected, or stuck—this is your permission slip to take inventory of who you’re surrounding yourself with.
Choose the people who fill your cup.
Choose the ones who bring you back to yourself.
Choose connection that feels like an exhale, not effort.

You don’t need more people.
You need the right ones.

And that choice?
That’s healing too.

I don’t take time off.
I’m usually the one who just keeps going… even when I’m tired.

But this past week?
It was the kind of time away I didn’t know I was missing — and very clearly needed.

Quiet moments mixed with big conversations.
Behind-the-scenes things with Kayla and Jojo and chats and dinner with Stephen and Gillian that reminded me why I love what I do.
Training hard, learning together, laughing, dreaming out loud.

And somehow ending it all with 22 hours in the car, bringing home three new goats — exhausted, sore, and weirdly full at the same time.

It wasn’t a pause from purpose.
It was a return to it.

I came home feeling grounded again. Clear. Present.
For the first time in a while, I don’t feel like I’m just surviving my schedule — I feel ready to pour into others again.

That’s how I know it was the right kind of reset.
And it’s also how I know I’m finally in a place to open a few more coaching spots — from a place of alignment, not burnout.

Sometimes rest doesn’t look like slowing down.
Sometimes it looks like remembering who you are when you’re doing the things you love, with the people who get it.
