Happy Labor day Crew! Congrats on nice opening weekend and another successful golf outing..

For planning for this coming weekend. Since it's a 1 pm game and there will be no rush to get in will have smoker running and food ready around 1030 or 11.... tailgate will be open at 930...

Pre game idea from papa roo smoker:
Pulled pork barbecues
Smoked pork belly
Crock pot meat balls / hoagies

Assorted chips and let me know of other items we could use? Vege or fruit tray maybe...

Post game - will keep simple as Papa is going to try and get off lot Sat eve for trip back to SC to start UVa prep 😎 so will not be grilling post game - saving dogs, and grill for Okie State weekend - hope all are ok with that.

We will be open post game - just planning on drinks and appetizers or sumtin easy for a couple hrs. Til 6/7 or so...

Early game tomorrow so....
Pregame food is pretty simple and small:

French toast sticks
Breakfast burritos
Breakfast sliders with egg, bacon or egg. sausage , or egg and canadian bacon
Bacon wrapped smokies

Post game party:
Burgers, dogs and wraps compliments of our Morgantown Crew the best there is

As always, bring your own chosen beverages. I will 2 coolers for you, and also I will have water avail in another...

Ok Crew. We made the decision to set up a tailgate uptown for the Mayo Classic vs buses.. Will be at 201 W Dunbar Parking lot. We will have a van with all tailgate items needed. Chairs, etc..

We can still swim at house until 2 or so if desired and then uber down to lots.. we can vote with Papa Roo 2.0 SG first game...
