I don’t know about you, but we love having fresh cookies. This is my favorite way to have fresh cookies on hand at all times, and not be overwhelmed with having to cook a whole batch in a small oven 🫠

Waking up early once a week is worth it for some delicious cookies 🍪

Hey there bread lovers!! We aren’t at the market this week, but the table on the porch is absolutely full of all things sourdough. This week we have:

- sourdough chocolate chip cookies
- lemon blueberry scones
- sourdough pizza crust
& sourdough pancake mix & organic starter

& the blue cart is full of free bread, pantry staples and kids items for those in need! The cart is still parked at the porch in its usual spot💙

Hey there bread lovers!! We aren’t at the market this week, but the table on the porch is absolutely full of all things sourdough. This week we have:

The key to less discard?:

✨ levain ✨

Esther (our organic starter), is a small stiff starter. Fed twice a day, I keep flour feeding cost down (& keep her nice n healthy) by making a levain when I need more starter!

A levain is a piece of your main starter that is fed specifically for a single batch of dough. Because Esther is so small I do it in 3 feedings (no discarding) for my huge dough days

Using a levain and stiff starter:
🌾 healthy happy starter
🌾 no discard
🌾 no waste

Crispy crust, tangy bread —> our classic sourdough artisan bread is the best for all your bread needs 🙌

This weekend, we won’t be at the market, but porch pop-up will be open. The porch will be fully stocked with your favorite bread!! Keeping this week light, only artisan bread is available for pre-order (& that includes the last chance to grab Roasted Garlic Rosemary 👀). But knowing how things go, there will likely be more on the tables Saturday 😂

Pre-Ordering will be open until Wednesday just to give y’all more time to grab your bread!! I can’t wait to bake some fresh bread for you this week!
