She has been in the fitness industry for over 16 years and currently is the CEO/Founder of sheSTRENGTH, an online and in-person fitness/training program. She trains women and youth of all abilities in her barn gym behind their home in rural Kansas. She is the strength and conditioning coach for the Hutchinson Community College Blue Dragon NJCAA softball team and she works with many softball players in the area. She is also the author of the soon to be released book and CEU course, “Adaptive Fitness Exercise Programming,” which trains coaches, teachers, and trainers how to work with athletes with special needs/accommodations.
