This week marked the beginning of something truly special at Legendz Xtreme Athletics.

Our inaugural competitive All-Star team,
🔥 LEGENDZ PHOENIX 🔥
took the floor for its very first practices, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead!

The phoenix symbolizes resilience, determination, and rising stronger after every challenge. Those are the qualities we want every athlete who wears this uniform to embody.

Every stunt, every tumble, every jump, and every count is another step toward building something incredible. This season isn’t just about routines and competitions—it’s about creating a team that works hard, supports one another, and represents what it means to be a Legend.

✨ Meet the Owner: Sierra ✨

Sierra is the co-owner of Legendz Xtreme Athletics and the friendly face many families meet when they first walk through our doors. While you won’t usually find her coaching on the floor, she plays an essential role in keeping the gym running behind the scenes as an Owner and in the near future a Cheer & Tumbling Instructor.

Sierra manages athlete enrollment, registration, paperwork, scheduling, and reception, helping ensure every family has a smooth and welcoming experience from their very first visit. She is passionate about creating an organized, family-friendly environment where athletes can thrive both in and out of the gym.

Outside of Legendz, Sierra works full-time as a dental hygienist after earning her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University in 2011.

Family is at the heart of everything Sierra does. She and her husband, E.J., are proud parents to two daughters and one son, and together they are committed to building more than just a gym. They are building a place where athletes develop confidence, character, and lifelong memories.

“Every athlete who walks through our doors deserves to feel like family. My goal is to make Legendz a place where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and excited to grow.” 💗

With over 10 years of experience in competitive cheer, Coach Q brings an incredible passion for the sport and a wealth of knowledge to our athletes. From competing on some of the nation’s biggest stages to traveling across the country as an NCA Instructor, he understands what it takes to help athletes grow both on and off the mat.

Coach Q is committed to creating a positive environment where athletes can build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and chase big goals while having fun along the way.

His experience, energy, and dedication make him an amazing addition to the Legendz family, and we can’t wait for everyone to learn from him this season!

At Legendz Xtreme Athletics, everything starts with a vision, and that vision belongs to Coach E.J.

With over 15 years of experience coaching cheerleading and gymnastics, Coach E.J. has helped athletes of every age and skill level build confidence, master new skills, and achieve their goals. His experience spans All Star Cheer, USA Gymnastics, professional performances, and coaching athletes from beginners to elite competitors.

But more than the accomplishments, Coach E.J. is passionate about creating a place where athletes feel challenged, supported, and inspired every time they walk through the doors.

His mission is simple:
