For the FIRST TIME, Phoenix will take the floor at NCA All-Star Nationals! ⭐️🏆

But we know the moment under those lights is earned months before we ever get there.

🔥 ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL POP-UP WITH COACH O! 🔥

The energy was UP at Legendz! 🎶🕺 Another Hip Hop Pop-Up Class with Coach O is officially in the books, and everyone showed up ready to MOVE!

We love seeing athletes step outside their comfort zones, learn new choreography, build confidence, and just have fun on the dance floor. 💗

Huge thank you to Coach O for bringing the energy and to everyone who came out and danced with us!

👀 Judging by how these pop-ups have been going… we might just have to do another one.

🥊 SPARRING & ROLLING AT LEGENDZ 🥋

We had a great time hosting a Sparring & Rolling Session at Legendz Xtreme Athletics!

It was awesome having everyone in the gym getting rounds in, working technique, and bringing a different kind of energy to the Legendz floor. 💪🔥

We love being able to open our doors for opportunities like this and bring athletes together to train, learn, and challenge each other.

Our competitive cheer team, Legendz Phoenix, is raising funds for their season! They are currently doing a Mums fundraiser through Stutzman’s Greenhouse! Orders and payments are due Sept 15th and Delivery will be Sept 18th! You will be able to pick them up from the gym directly after 4PM on the 18th or they can be brought to you (discuss delivery arrangements with your cheerleader please).
Mums are the perfect fall accessory for your home and you can support a cheerleader at the same time! Funds raised go directly to that cheerleaders season fees.

🌟 OUR TINY TOTS ARE THRIVING! 🌟

Our 2s & 3s Tiny Tots class has been such a success at Legendz Xtreme Athletics! 🩷⚡️

We love watching our littlest athletes learn, grow, and become more confident every week. Through fun activities and age-appropriate gymnastics, they’re working on:

🤸 Balance & coordination
💪 Strength & body control
⭐ Following directions & taking turns
🏃 Movement and motor skills
🩷 Confidence and independence
🎉 And most importantly… having FUN!

It’s amazing seeing how quickly they start getting comfortable in the gym and learning new skills. These tiny athletes may be little, but they’re already building a strong foundation! 👑
