On Monday, September 7, the Y will be open from 7 a.m.–3 p.m.

🏋️ Planning to join us for a class? Please check the Group Exercise schedule online or on our app for our amended holiday class schedule.

🌙 Want to work out outside of those hours?
24/7 access will still be available for members who have opted in at the Welcome Center.

Join us tomorrow at the Downtown Express YMCA for our Senior Self-Defense Class!

This FREE, interactive class is designed specifically for seniors and will teach simple, effective techniques to help you:

✅ Improve your awareness
✅ Recognize potential threats
✅ Learn practical self-defense techniques

✅ Build strength and confidence

The class is led by experienced former law enforcement professionals, including a retired police officer and former FBI agent.

Cancer treatment may end, but the journey through survivorship continues. Beyond the Battle is a FREE 6-week wellness program designed to support individuals who have completed cancer treatment as they transition into survivorship and focus on living well beyond cancer.

Join us for six weeks of education, connection, creativity, movement, and support!
