Rusty first came to me last December fresh out of Physical Therapy from a shoulder surgery. Her shoulder mobility was extremely limited, especially in regards to shoulder flexion and retraction.

Slowly but surely we were able to progress her stability, mobility, and strength in her shoulders, as well as her hips, knees and elbows πͺLately we've been implementing a lot of exercises that focus on Strengthening her Tendons, and it has made a world of a difference in her Strength and mobility!

β© Fast Forward to now, she's able to fully extend her arms over head, D.B. Bench Press (πΊ Above) which she thought would be impossible, and is back to playing her favorite sport, Tennis πΎ
At 62 Years Old, Rusty is feeling more energetic, capable, and confident than when I first met her! She's now
