Current or graduated students born in the years 2006 to 2012 in the East Lycoming, Muncy or Montgomery School Districts you are eligible to sign-up to try-out in early April for the 2025 Hughesville Post 35 Senior and Junior Legion Baseball Teams.

Age Eligibility:
Junior Legion – 2008 to 2012
Senior Legion – 2006 to 2012

Travelers win 1-0 behind strong pitching and defense.

The 1-2 punch of and got it done again this past Sunday against the North Berwick Blue Jays. The Travelers needed a win in order to capture the #3 seed and first round playoff bye.

Griffin Vollman was called upon for Hughesville and pitched 5 strong shut out innings, allowing 2 hits and striking out 4 before handing the ball over to Grayson Rinker who picked up where Griff left off slamming the door shut on the Blue Sox over the final 2 innings, allowing 0 hits and striking out 3. Griffin earned his 3rd win of the season and Grayson earned his 5th save of the season.

With the win the Hughesville Travelers earn the #3 seed and 1st round bye heading into playoffs with a record of 11-7 and will resume action in the semi-finals in a best of 3 series at Brandon Park against Williamsport on August 5th at 11 AM.

Don’t let the Travs get hot 🔥

Over the the weekend the Hughesville Travelers picked up a much needed doubleheader sweep of the Mifflinburg Outlaws 4-3 and 5-2. Tonight the Travelers headed to Milton for single game against the Pirates and came out swinging posting an 11-1 win to bring their record to 9-6-1 with 3 more games left of the regular season.

A few standouts from this past weekend and tonight include Griffin Vollman, Ryan Wyland, Joel Verrico and Marco Pulizzi.

The Hughesville Travelers return to action this Friday against the Norry Aces before finishing up the season on Sunday against the North Berwick Blue Sox and Bloomsburg Warpigs. Travel!
