Columbia Clippers 9U Come Back To Defeat Birds Spring Travel

Despite trailing by as many as six runs, Columbia Clippers 9U rallied to top Birds Spring Travel 12-11 on Sunday.
Both offenses were strong at the plate as Columbia Clippers 9U collected three hits and Birds Spring Travel three in the high-scoring affair.
Birds Spring Travel got on the board in the top of the first inning after Easton B singled, scoring one run, and Carsten Y drew a walk, scoring one run.
Birds Spring Travel added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Austin T walked, and Max G grounded out, each scoring one run.

Flynn, the number seven hitter for Columbia Clippers 9U, led the way with two runs batted in. The second baseman went 1-for-1 on the day. Flynn, Jackson, and Greyson each collected one hit for Columbia Clippers 9U. Camden led Columbia Clippers 9U with three walks.
