This weekend, Joel Beskar will take on the IMTUF 100 in the rugged Salmon River Mountains of Idaho. One hundred miles of relentless climbing, technical mountain terrain and the kind of challenge that demands months of preparation, determination and grit.

Trust your training. Keep moving forward. Run strong and enjoy the adventure. You’ve got this! 🌲⛰️💪
