The jump from 10U to 11U brings a lot of changes, and Max is putting in the work now to make sure he’s ready! 💪⚾️

He’s been grinding on and off the field all summer, working on his stance on the mound, understanding balks, being prepared for steals, and all the little details that come with taking his game to the next level.

The work you put in when nobody is watching is what prepares you when it matters most. 👊

Had the opportunity to hear Jim Abbott speak today about the power of overcoming challenges. His story is an incredible reminder that the obstacles we face don’t have to define what we’re capable of achieving.

Born without a right hand, Jim never let that challenge define what he could accomplish. He found a way to turn an obstacle into strength, ultimately reaching the Major Leagues and even throwing a no-hitter for the New York Yankees. ⚾️

His story is a powerful reminder of resilience, perseverance, and refusing to let circumstances determine your ceiling. Truly inspiring to hear him share his journey and the lessons he’s learned along the way!

Some kids get to take the day off for their birthday… Hayes apparently did not get that memo. 😂⚾️

He turned 4 THIS WEEK—and on his birthday, he still showed up for his second shift after practice to help get the bases in.

No time off. No birthday PTO. Just a hard night’s work for the newest member of the field maintenance crew. 😂

Same team. Same boys. Whether they’re on the diamond or in the pool, these boys find a way to spend nearly every weekend together.

Baseball may be what brought them together, but the friendships they’re building along the way are the best part. ❤️

Jacob and Jayden swung out to Cooperstown Dreams Park tonight to cheer on our local Colonie Raiders, who are now 6-0 after an impressive 11-3 win this evening! 💪

Special shoutout to the Raiders families for welcoming the boys, thanking them for coming out to support, and hooking them up with some awesome custom Colonie Raiders trading pins! 🤝⚾️
