🏈 Welcome to the 2026 Football Season! 🏈

We’re excited to get started and can’t wait to see everyone!

⏰ Schedule:
• Senior (Grades 7/8): 6:00–6:30 PM
• Junior (Grades 5/6): 6:30–7:00 PM
• Youth (Grades 2/3/4): 7:00–7:30 PM

🎽 Custom jersey orders will be placed after fittings, so attendance is important! Returning numbers cannot be guaranteed if you miss the fitting.
🏈 Players must attend to be fitted and will leave with their equipment that night!

If you cannot attend, please contact us ASAP.

Senior linemen: Please select a lineman number (50–79) to ensure your jersey is game-day eligible.

Just a friendly reminder that tonight is our very last night of Skills and Drills for both Flag and Tackle football!

If you want to get those final reps in, sharpen your skills, and have some fun before the season gets rolling, we’ll see you tonight!

⚡️📣 WEATHER & SAFETY UPDATE
Hey Football & Cheer Fam! With some stormy weather in the forecast, safety is our #1 priority. Here is our official weather policy:

⚡️ LIGHTNING & THUNDER (Clear the Field!)
Immediate Stop: Activities pause immediately if lightning is within 10 miles or thunder is 30 seconds or less after a flash.
Take Shelter: Hit the sidelines! Everyone must head straight to a building or vehicle. Avoid open fields, trees, and metal gates.
The 30-Minute Clock: We must wait 30 minutes after the last rumble of thunder or flash of lightning before resuming. Any new thunder restarts the clock!

🌧️ RAIN POLICY
Light Rain: The grind doesn't stop! Practices and games continue in light rain (as long as there's no lightning). Bring your rain gear!
Heavy Rain/Muddy Fields: Sessions will be postponed or canceled if heavy rain floods the fields, makes conditions unsafe, or risks tearing up the turf.

🚨 2026 Season Reminder 🚨

Parents, please check your email (and your spam/junk folder) for important messages regarding required registration documents for the 2026 season.

All athletes must have their required paperwork submitted and approved before they can participate in any team activities. If documents are missing, your athlete will not be eligible to practice or participate until everything is received.

Please take a few minutes to review your email and submit any outstanding items as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us get everyone ready for a great season!

A new Fan Code of Conduct has been added to ISPORTZ and requires your acknowledgment.

Please log in through a web browser at hlbears.org and complete the waiver as soon as possible. This is required for all families and helps us maintain a positive and respectful environment for our athletes, coaches, officials, and fans.
