🚨 Elk Valley Summer Weights is BACK! 🚨

We’re excited to announce that summer strength and conditioning kicks off June 1st!

💪 Schedule:

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
🕘 9:00 AM
📅 Runs through July 31st
❌ No sessions during the week of July 4th

This is a great opportunity for student-athletes to build strength, improve conditioning, and prepare for a strong upcoming season. Whether you're in-season or off-season, summer work makes a difference!

West Elk Strength and Conditioning is proud to announce that our athletes will compete in the inaugural SCBL Powerlifting Meet today. This event represents a long-standing goal for our program, and we are excited to see our lifters take the platform for the first time under the SCBL banner. A special thank you to Coach Barnes for his dedicated preparation and guidance in getting our team competition-ready. Best of luck to all Patriot boys and girls competing today. Represent West Elk with strength, discipline, and pride on the platform!
