This week several of our East Knox Jr. High Football players traded shoulder pads for show boots, putting in the hard work at the Knox County Fair. We couldn’t be more proud of the way they’ve represented their families, our community, and our football program.

Today is Sale Day, and we’d love to recognize these athletes:

What a great day at the East Knox Football Lift-A-Thon!

A huge shoutout to our East Knox Jr. High and Varsity Football players for showing up, putting in the work, and pushing each other to get better. The effort, attitude, and commitment on display today are exactly what builds winning programs.

A special thank you to Head Coach Steinmetz, Coach Faucett, and the entire Varsity coaching staff for organizing today’s event and investing in the future of Bulldog Football. Our Jr. High players had the opportunity to train alongside the varsity athletes, and that’s how culture is built.

The future is bright. The work continues.

🏈💪 Lift-A-Thon This Saturday! 💪🏈

Come out and support our East Knox Jr. High and High School Football players this Saturday at 2:00 PM at Chet Looney Stadium! If you’re able, consider sponsoring one of our athletes as they continue putting in the work this offseason.

Last night, our Jr. High players had the opportunity to learn lifting fundamentals from Head Varsity Coach Steinmetz and Strength & Conditioning Coach Faucett. We appreciate them investing their time and knowledge into the players.

Our Jr. High players have been working hard all summer, and they’re just getting started!

We're excited to announce our upcoming Lift-A-Thon Fundraiser on July 11th at 2:00 PM!

All East Knox Football players in grades 7–12 will be competing in max-out lifts (bench and squat), and we need your support!

Here's how it works — pledge a dollar amount per pound lifted for a player of your choice. After the event, you'll be contacted with their total pounds lifted, and then simply submit your donation to the team.

All funds raised go directly toward new gear and practice equipment to support our players' growth and development.

EXAMPLE: Pledge $0.25/lb and your player lifts 500 lbs across all exercises — your donation is just $125!

Come out and cheer on your Bulldogs as they show what they're made of! Supporters are welcome and encouraged to attend and watch the competition live.

Attention all East Knox Jr High Football players! Summer conditioning kicks off this week and we can’t wait to get back to work.

📅 Every Tuesday & Thursday (starting 6/9)
⏰ 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
📍 East Knox High School Practice Field & Track

Players should bring:
✅ Cleats
✅ Plenty of water
✅ A great attitude and ready-to-work mindset

💪 Players are also encouraged to attend High School Weight Lifting this week:
