End of year party is back on from 4-7 now!

Attention parents:

End of year party is postponed at the moment. I know this is last minute but I have made multiple calls to clear this issue up and it’s beyond my control at this point, unfortunately Madison Community Center overbooked their rooms.

I am working to reschedule this and I apologize but the error was made on their end and I’m just finding this all out.

Please help me spread the word ASAP. Once a new date is figured out I will let everyone know!

Even though our season officially wrapped up at State back in March, a small but mighty crew hit the road for the annual Black Hills Nationals in Rapid City! 🚗💨

What an AWESOME experience for these kids—stepping on the mat, battling tough competition, and making memories along the way! 💪🔥

And the fun didn’t stop there… not only did we have some wrestlers experience BHN for the first time but we also had the pleasure of cheering on one of our very own alumni wrestlers, Mr. Francis Ruml, who wrestled in the Masters division 😜👏

These kids left it ALL out on the mat and wrestled their hearts out 💪🔥 Even though we didn’t land on the podium this time, we walked away with some valuable lessons and plenty to build on for next year!

That’s a wrap on the 2026 AAU State Wrestling Tournament for our youngest Tigers 🐅 🧡🖤🤍

We couldn’t be more proud of every single wrestler who stepped on the mat this weekend. State is no small stage, and it takes grit, courage, and heart just to get there—and our kids showed all of that and more.

👏 HUGE congratulations to our podium finishers! Your hard work, dedication, and long hours in the practice room paid off. Enjoy this moment—you earned it!

Good luck to our Howard Tigers as they hit the mat for the FINAL day of AAU State Wrestling—placing rounds are HERE! This is what you’ve worked all season for!

Wrestle tough, stay confident, and leave everything out on that mat. No matter what happens, we are already so proud of the hard work, heart, and determination you’ve shown to get here.

What a day at State for our 14U & 16U wrestlers! 💪🖤🧡

We are so proud of each and every one of you for the determination and heart you showed on the mat Friday. Competing at this level takes dedication, toughness, and a whole lot of courage—and you represented Howard the right way.

Wins or losses, you left it all out there, and that’s something to be proud of. The growth we’ve seen this season has been incredible, and this is just the beginning for so many of you.

Wishing the best of luck to all of our Howard wrestlers competing at State this weekend! This is what you’ve worked for all season long — early mornings, tough practices, and the grit it takes to step on that mat and give it everything you’ve got.

A huge congratulations to all of our Howard Tiger wrestlers who competed at Regions! The hard work, determination, and grit these athletes continue to show on the mat is something our entire community can be proud of.

👏 Shout out to our State Qualifiers!

Punching a ticket to State is no small feat and we can’t wait to watch you represent the Tigers on the big stage!

And to those who competed hard at Regions but didn’t advance, please know how proud we are of you as well. Wrestling is one of the toughest sports out there, and every match, every practice, and every challenge helps build stronger athletes and stronger people. Your effort and heart do not go unnoticed.

All the late evenings, early mornings, tough practices, and hard work have led to this moment. No matter the outcome, we are incredibly proud of each of you for stepping on that mat and giving it everything you’ve got.

🧡 Districts Done. Hard Work Shown. Tiger Pride Strong. 🖤

Huge congratulations to all of our Howard Tiger wrestlers who competed at Districts in Canistota today! Out of 24 kids who attended we have 22 advancing onto Regions next week. 🐅🐅

We are incredibly proud of the effort, determination, and sportsmanship shown today. Wins, losses, and everything in between are all part of the journey — and today our wrestlers showed what it truly means to compete with Tiger toughness.

👏 Thank you to the coaches, parents, and supporters who continue to pour their time and energy into these athletes. It takes a whole team behind the scenes to make days like today possible.

Let’s keep cheering these kids on as they continue onward to Regions next weekend!
