It's been awhile since my last post. A lot of changes have occurred. I'm working at ACS now so though the surroundings may have changed the laws of striking/boxing are still being enforced. It is not good to dwell in the past nor spend too much time thinking of the future. What we do with our time in the now is curshal. feint – a deceptive blow or movement during a fight
A feint is a movement with deceptive intention. It's when you show your opponent an intention to do something, but then you do something else. Therefore a body feint shows the opponent your entering in with punches but do not!

Here we are performing blocks. The first reaction when you're beat to the punch is to flee but we do it with a purpose. Remember all blocks start from the legs as you shift your weight and ends at the gloves. Then you must always answer back with punches.
