When classes abruptly ended in March of this year, both parents and students scrambled to figure out how to best implement a plan to complete the year successfully and as pain-free as possible. It was a difficult transition both emotionally and physically. But now we have time to prepare for virtual learning for the fall semester. Through my work with clients this summer, I have created a special four-session package designed to address the emotional and physical needs of students to help them deal with the challenges of virtual learning.
