Paul’s weight is UP 2.5kg using my tailored workout routines and meal plans with weekly check ins 💪🏽 A crazy result considering the fact he is WAY leaner than when we started.

To achieve this look, I manipulated Paul’s macros when necessary to get the best possible outcome while considering his work schedule and goals. He was able to have adequate rest and sometimes took 2 days off per week to make sure he was performing optimally in the gym. ✅

I am SO PROUD of Paul and what he’s achieved!!! 💪🏽
