In 2021, Texas enacted dangerous 'permitless carry' legislation that, effective September 1, 2021, generally authorizes people to carry concealed or holstered handguns in most public spaces without any license, safety training, or background check required, as long as they are at least 21 years old and not prohibited from possessing fi****ms under Texas’s firearm prohibitions law.

One of the most frequently asked questions we get is do we still need to take an LTC class? The answer is YES, if you want to travel with your firearm to any of the states in blue, you need to have a LTC.

Plus you get to learn the laws of where you can and can't carry in Texas and the laws for use of deadly force.
Plus, when you buy a firearm with a TX LTC you don't have to do the NICS check!
