It has been a minute since I've posted anything on this page.
Since 2019 to be exact.
With all of the moves The Texans have made recently, I'm thinking we are going to have an exciting season this year.
I've recently had quite a few inquiries about tailgating this year............Enough inquiries to ignite that fire again.
With that said, I am at a Crossroad...............Either jump on an established team or get The Battling Bulls back in action.
I would absolutely love to get The Battling Bulls back in the Blue Lot again, but.........................In order to do that, I need a solid cooking partner that is willing to handle all of the duties that come with it.
I would handle the bar, dj, tv's, entertainment, etc..............basically all of the fun stuff.
Cooking duties would include the following:
1. Must be Dependable in the heat, Dependable in the cold, Early Morning Dependable and some Late Nights Dependable
2. Come correct with a smoker & a few team members to assist.
3. Develop a menu for each game that will include cooking for up to 100 tailgaters, maybe more.
4. Cook and Serve our Guests
There are some other expenses that will have to be worked out. We could work together to get sponsors to help offset most of the associated costs. The end goal is to have our sponsors pay for everything and we do all of the fun stuff............ENTERTAIN!!!!
